The new Fuchs amps “Tweedle Dee” came from a conversation I had with Andy Fuchs about the skyrocketing priced of vintage Tweed Deluxe. Of course Andy said, ‘I can make those”, and we were off and running. Using all hand picked premium parts, Andy designed it to have a bit more headroom and fuller mid range, but these still break up very easily and very much like the originals. Please watch the video below for more info and audio samples of it being compared to two great late 50’s examples!! This is the aged version, the cabs are sent down to Josh Grove at Protocaster Guitars to be shot in 100% nitrocellulose lacquer and then aged to perfection!!! We are really happy with the way these came out, They really have the look and sound of old Tweed Deluxe!!!
