Another amazing Protocaster from Josh Grove. Josh is well known for his amazing period correct finishing and aging and of course guitar building, and this one shows why!!! Amazing sunburst finish shop in 100% non catalyzed nitrocellulose laquer and realisticly aged, no fake armwear where it doesn’t belong, or weird sanding!! Looks like an old guitar that has been played a lot and taken care of, has weather checking and fading the way they really age!!!!
This one is a nice medium weight which gives it a nice full sound, 8.3LBS to be exact, one of Josh’s great feeling hand carved necks and a beautiful, dark rosewood board. This one looks as good as it sounds!!!! Comes with the really cool lacquered and aged Protocaster tweed case!!!
As with all guitars purchased form MCG, this one comes with a full set up to the buyers specs!!!!!
