Project 3×10 is an exclusive amp built for us at MCG by Adam Grimm from Satellite amps. Adam is an amazing amp builder and a great guy. I have been selling his amps for a while now and when he mentioned that we should do an amp model for my shop I was totally excited.
I had recently done some recording and the producer has a 1959 tweed Fender Bandmaster. We used on every track on the record. It was just magical. When thinking about what we should make, I thought I would love to hear Adams take on that amp.
We now have the first prototype and it is really amazing. It is Satellites first open back combo, with 3×10 inch speakers pushing about 25 watts, its part Bandmaster, part 60s AC-30, and all Satellite!!! Adam is working on the second version which will have tremolo
