Brians guitars feel and sound like great vintage guitars!! Because Brian has always prefferred to stay out of the spotlight and do his thing he is not quite as well know as some other builders, but his guitars are regarded as some of the highest quality boutique instruments being made today!!
This one has a beautiful maple top, is slightly chambered(Brian prefers to chamber all his solidbodies, he says it adds the the resonance and overall tonal quality). This guitar, like all Monty guitars, is super resonant and woody sounding. Mahogany neck and back, Grover tuners, and a great sounding set of Lollar Imperial pickups!!!
